Is it still on the old charging standard?

My buddy is an architect and lives in NYC, he wants to buy a sedan from an American make or more specifically no Japanese or Korean cars as he is from Detroit. 25-30k. He is totally unaware of the current market, what do we recommend?

I had a beautiful Stelvio in green for 3 years and had no problems. My issue was the dealer went bust and sold its license to someone 20 miles further away. I wish I bought its lease out.

The real crazy thing about this is Hamburg is like Philadelphia, down a river a long way from the ocean, so getting these waves is wild.
