There’s an adapter for that. I wasn’t able to use my Genesis for a long time, either, but I grumbled about it at a games shop and a dude pulls out an adapter and says “problem solved”. And it works.

As a general rule, when a company raises the price on me because I didn’t pre-order, I don’t buy. Simple as that.

Its no Sublime, but I know what colour I’d order mine in.

I kept most of my toys from my childhood that I wanted (Sega, Hot Wheels, Micromachines) and donated most of the rest (Lego) to my nieces and nephews. So I still get to play with it from time to time.
