Anyone that wants a 4 door over a 2 door? Someone close to a Hyundai dealer but not a BMW dealer? (Though, I see Genesis has it’s own dealer network, I’d hope that a Hyundai dealer could do oil changes or simple work that would prevent a 50+mi commute without voiding a warranty).

In some places the police aren’t paid to show up to court and have to do it on their day off. (Though some places they’re paid overtime).

To say nothing of Walmart and Target, too.

I remember filling up at $1.79/L during that period. The following day gas was $2.39/L. After a few days the price went down to the $1.50s.

1.30-1.35 in the lower mainland (Vancouver) and northern BC. .05-.10 cheaper on the island and interior.

You know every edition has that kind of thing, right?

That’s insane if you’re not buying something exclusive. If I walk into nearly any store, I’m accosted by sales people who want to help me. Dealerships should be the same. If they don’t want to sell me a car, I don’t want to buy one from them. Period.

Interesting that you declare differently, depending which side you’re on.

My father is dual Canadian/American citizsenship, but only claims Canadian when he crosses because “99% of the time the guard doesn’t understand dual citizenship.”

I don’t disagree. We’re certainly not going to see them flying off dealer lots, and, other than Supra nostalgic fan boys, I don’t imagine there will be a huge rush on them at launch, either.

You know, I think it looks better than the plebian version.

For those who want more power in their Miata or BRZ but don’t want a Z.

I’m hard pressed to believe that it’s harder to escape a single seater with a cockpit versus a tin top with a full cage.

I’d still argue it’s easier to get out of an open cockpit with a halo than a car with full cage. Especially if it’s in a tire barrier.

Re: fire impediment: As opposed to, say, a roof?

I can think of dozens - if not hundreds - of programs, start ups or projects I’d rather the government spent the money on, instead of giving me a piddly tax break to try and buy my vote.

I don’t think that list is making the point you thought it would. Not many of those items look like improvements or helping the middle class.

I don’t watch a lot of movies, but I had to go back pretty far in his resume to see something he’d been in.

I still think this guy is crazy, but I can definitely see a MT commanding a premium.

I like seeing people blowing their money on stupid and often shitty endeavours thinking that they won or are winning. No one is trying to race you to the bottom.
