I know censorship is bad, but having to see even less of Alien: Covenant is actually a good thing in my book.

Sure, Gene Simmons. Try to do something that will almost certainly draw the ire of Disney’s legal team. That seems like a great idea.

But Rebels is better classified as a spin-off.

Wow, what a bizarre thing to get so worked up about.

Your point was that RDM was more than “just” an executive producer.

T’chaka is treated with respect because his people were killed as the latest catalyst for the Accords. Plus, he’s a world leader. You don’t just brush off a world leader who had some of his citizens die in an op that you were part of (referring to Romanov’s treatment of him).

In a related vein, having Robert Englund (aka, Freddy Krueger) voice Scarecrow is pretty inspired casting. (Jeffrey Combs as Brianiac is awesome too; he’s one of my all-time favorite voice actors)

Green Arrow is who I main as well, and yeah, his interactions are fantastic.

Dunno if it counts, but Mortal Kombat 9 started off with Shao Kahn (the villain of the entire series) winning the big battle of the previous game, and about to deliver the killing blow to Raiden.

Nope, story mode only includes the core characters. Not even Darkseid makes an appearance.

I feel like Kite Man/Stilt-Man is the most obvious pairing.

It’s literally a thing that happened in the video game that was released yesterday.

If you pair the movie with grabbing dinner afterwards (to discuss the movie and then use that as a springboard onto other topics of conversation), it can work really well.

Injustice 2 was just released yesterday, so... no.

Thirdly.

All you need to know is: they funded this rather than Firefly2.

It’s a minor thing, but would it hurt to put the text lists of characters in the same order as they appear in the images?

He was, but Ego didn’t destroy the Walkman until after Quill had shot him for killing his mom.

Lots of great leaning on the fourth wall with the usual sci fi tropes, and having fun with what you normally expect.

Pop calls Luke “Power Man” a couple of times (in a “he gives people nicknames and it’s endearing because he’s old” sort of way), but that’s about it.
