Buddy had a '73 Caprice in highschool. It was like riding a couch down the highway. Glorious.
I think this is still different though. Someone brought up the idea up selling the “tattoo sleeves”, in which case I would agree somewhat with you that the artist should be compensated in that case as you are expressly selling the “art”. In this case they are selling the “likeness” not expressly the art. I don’t think…
In the case of the things you mentioned they are dealing with the rights holder. I think the crux of this argument is who owns the rights to the tattoo. For nearly all tattoos, the artist was paid for their time and effort at a price agreed upon by both parties. If I commission a painting and turn around and sell it,…
Wedding photos are different. You sign a contract stating the rules of use prior to having them taken
Reliable vehicle’s make for boring writing.
Both have round headlights.
But capitalism is the best!
Canada appears to have sweet FA for comparible incentives right now. At least in Sask.
Im just happy we still have the half screen autoplay ads that follow you as you scroll and make the articles a pain to read. Was really hoping they’d stay.
I’m all for building the wall. Just do it at the Northern border.
They are trying to figure out if a crime was committed? Good to know I can plow into a crowd with impunity if the need arises. I always thought hitting people with a car was a no-no.
I think at least part of it is that it’s just more interesting. Evil tends to be boring in its horror.
The difficulty I have with playing “evil”, is that it tends to be boring. There’s no sense of conflict or moral questioning. You just do whatever is bad (at least in most cases). I think most of this is a problem with design/history of video games. Villains are typically one-dimensional and not interesting.
Yeah, real head scratcher as to why they wouldn't be eager to get this written. I love that this was presented as though it's some unfathomable thing.
Someone really needs to take that ugly stick away from them. Can’t believe they haven’t broke it yet.
They also don’t make things that look like they could be slapped together in a weekend.
As a guy I definitely enjoy a good sports match. So much sportsing.
I was initially a little skeptical but they really left no room to doubt. At least it was “just a joke” though. I mean now it doesn’t look terrible and stupid. Definitely just a funny, funny joke.
Yeah, it’s been great to have autoplay ads that take up half the page and scroll with you. Does wonders for the data package.
