A recent-ish Columbia U study of undergrad sexual behavior had similar conclusions - x% of male students reported violating a partner’s consent, and the study authors took great pains to point out that those are just the self-reporting numbers and the actuals will necessarily be higher.

I hope this judge gets raped and can see if 158 days in prison is enough for his attacker. This guy is a giant piece of shit. 

Funny how the line between child and adult is so different for whites and blacks. 11 years old and Black makes you an adult - meanwhile, George W Bush’s DUI at 30 was generally treated as a youthful indiscretion. 

Make the REAL labor shortage be about women thrown in prison en masse for maiming/murdering their rapists. There aren’t enough prisons in this country to contain us, nor enough cis-male childcare providers/teachers (and other jobs primarily staffed by women and other victims of S.A.) to make up the gap.

Sheesh, if you can’t be fair in your courtroom, excuse yourself (maybe permanently) from the courtroom.

Why does it feel like the judge is sympathizing with the rapist because he might be a sexual predator himself. Fuck people saying boys will be boys when it comes to sexual assault.

So apparently it got even weirder as after the media storm hit, the judge threw the lead trial attorney for the county’s State’s attorney out his courtroom because his wife has seen that the attorney had liked some of the tweets critical of the judge. Because of that he didn’t feel like he could be fair towards the…

The judge threw out a lawyer today for liking social media posts that took issue with this decision. This was on a totally unrelated court case too. What a joke.

I can tell the rapist was a white man because if he were brown/black the book would have been thrown at him.

She was assaulted twice. That judge is a fiend too. But karma does not forgive nor forget. And every case that judge ever presided over should go into review. If this is the type of people in charge of justice, then we can expect no justice at all.
