This is the beauty of Swedish design. Simple yet timeless without the vanilla. Same can be said about the Volvo S80, especially the 2007-2016 run.

Most old men have no idea what a Supra is. And any old man going into a Toyota dealer for an Avalon will certainly not buy this instead. Old men buy Corvettes or Porsches.

I really don’t mind this design feature..I just hate how it’s on so many cars now.
