I was just in Houston a week or so ago. We were walking down the street and I had to stop in a resale shop to get another shirt because I had completely sweated through my t-shirt.

I have relatives in Alabama and there was something so beautiful about dusk in the country, quiet, stars just coming out, trees draped in kudzu... then some asshole in a loud beater ass car comes by blasting some music that was past its prime 20 years ago. Shut that shit off.

Whatever arguments the doc makes could probably be explained in a paragraph or two, but doing so would mean you have no reason to watch the thing.

Lived in Denver for three years beginning in 2010 and I witnessed the early stages of that boom. Haven’t been able to make it back yet but I shudder to think of what our old neighborhood on Colfax looks like now.
