Hell yeah, another CN show that can get a bunch of pissy responses from people complaining about Teen Titans Go! or how the channel turned to shit after they stopped showing the GOOD stuff like Dexter’s Lab years ago. But seriously, this could be funny or it could be meh and sort of fade out after a bit. I was, to the

I was briefly confused before I caught on, but this also taught me about a Golden Girls spin-off I’d never known about, AND that it starred Don Cheadle and Cheech Marin.

As much as I want to yell bad things at Fox for cancelling the show, I suppose it WAS a tad low in the ratings. But still, Fox can suck it. I’d almost hope the CW picks it up just for the sake of randomly tossing Lucifer into a future Big Event Crossover so we can get a bit of Lucifer/Constantine fun. But really, Fox

I love things about old people who are potentially acting like anything but old people! Those are never bad!

If this is headed back into TV hibernation, get somebody to try and revive the 2005 Kolchak remake. I only got into that well after the fact when I found the entirety of the show’s first/only season on DVD, and found it enjoyable.

I didn’t feel too bad about Fox ending Brooklyn Nine-Nine, perhaps due to never watching it (although as a big Homicide fan, I should have for Andre Braugher if nothing else), but also because it at least got five seasons which seems fairly reasonable, especially with how a lot of shows get treated these days. But

I really hope he refers to all people from other countries as “[COUNTRY] person/people.” Also, this would’ve been a better bit if it had been with David Liebe Hart, since we could’ve gotten all those amazing talking points, but via singing and questionable ventriloquism.

This is going to be really awkward, what with the main character never appearing once in the movie.

Yes, but it looks like the new season might serve to improve things. I say that very, very cautiously. The entire premiere was following Morgan, threw in Garret Dillahunt as a so far likable gunslinger-y guy, and then some other woman who is similarly fairly nice at the moment. We only caught up with the others by the

It’s entirely possible Jesus is just going along with it so he can keep an eye on Maggie and either snitch on her to Rick, or interfere directly when necessary. Being this show, it’s also highly likely he’s just decided that trying not to kill people doesn’t matter when it’s Negan, because fuck that guy for plot

Not really a bad episode at all? If nothing else, it’s given us freedom from Team Rick vs. the Saviors finally. I also thought the show was getting ready to alter another plot point and have Rick off Negan, but to be fair I don’t actually know how all that got resolved in the comics. That part also amused me in the

I recall watching it when it was originally airing, but also during a period of time when I’d spend far too much time watching reruns of it and multiple other things on that now dead Nickelodeon Games and Sports for Kids network with friends in the middle of the night for no particular reason. Now to wait for a

I still love how the show keeps popping in those bits of horror. Like tonight’s bit of Lenny hiding in the shadows, and especially when Farouk kept asking Lenny about what would happen next if she were put back in some form of body. The final bit with everything zoomed out and him just standing far too closely to her

Considering how Weasel ends up eventually departing the comics thanks to being treated like shit way too often by Deadpool at various points, this at least gives an easy out for removing him from future Deadpool and Deadpool-related movies.

Farewell Simon. You never did manage to find your Michael and Franklin, as far as I can tell. If you had, surely you would have placed both Negan and Rick in the trunk of a car and pushed it off a cliff, leading the show into a new Golden Age.

To be fair, it FEELS like FtWD’s next season could very well prove to be much better than it has been. I keep thinking the commercials make it sound like it’ll be a bit more active and/or crazy. I’m hoping we get a quasi Z Nation-style makeover for it, but wouldn’t be surprised it if rapidly/immediately falls back

The only real problem I have with this is that it’s helping to spawn so many more things I’d like to check out, but I really can’t afford to try much of the new titles (I have given Terrifics a shot at the very least) since I’m currently in the process of forcing myself to redo my pull list so it’s not so bloated.

I like that while there’s certainly things to discuss about this show, I’d probably be content to just pop in each week with some variation of “that was very enjoyable, I look forward to more.” Because this show is very enjoyable, and I look forward to more. I also wish I knew of a place that delivered food via small

Aside from the occasional usual mess, it seems like the show’s maintaining a level of Not That Bad as this season wraps up. Oddly enough, I’m finding myself looking forward to FtWD’s return more than keeping up with this show. I’m sure once the new season of that kicks in, I won’t be so optimistic, but the combination

I feel like City Slickers II: The Legend of Curly’s Red Machete is shortening/simplifying to a fault now. By the end of the season, it’s just going to be a rapid fire series of disconnected images that ends with the theme from Dario Argento’s Deep Red.
