In the first season they showed Jimmy as the unkempt sycophant trying desperately to curry favor with the ADA to get any sort of deal for his clients. Now it's the ADA looking disheveled (complete with vomit stain!) and groveling for any taste of the sweet fruit that is private practice. Another beautiful piece of

It was a nice piece of writing leaving it open to interpretation as to who was actually to blame for Kim's banishment until the final couple of scenes made it clear. The scene of Hamlin setting his jaw when Chuck suggested ending her punishment was masterfully directed. A physical action demonstrating the metaphor.

Yeah, it was a small business, but it doesn't seem likely that 14 grand over a lengthy period of time would be the reason it failed. I agree, there has to be more.

Apparently "I did it my way" translated into Spanish is "Oh si my way".
I guess there is no perfect Spanish equivalent of Frank Sinatra.

"You don't save me. I save me."

The Riddler needs to stop delivering evil soliloquies in the middle of the police station. Maybe that's part of the villain learning curve; eventually you learn to deliver your evil soliloquies in private.

I'll probably get killed for saying this, but the only thing wrong with her Hillary impression is that she's too pretty.

It's not really necessary to be exactly like the person you are impersonating (see Dana Carvey), just that you get the basic essence, and I think she did a great job with that. And most of them were pretty damn close.

I especially appreciated that they chose Lawrence's wardrobe from American Hustle. It really helped me enjoy her impression that much more.

With Ariana Grande and Peter Dinklage scheduled to host next, Randy Newman must be rolling over in his grave.
What? He's not dead?
Okay, Randy Newman must be rolling over in his piles of cash.

"Wow, it's so nice of you to help work out a way that my nuts don't melt off."

*Seth Meyers angrily disagrees and calls you bland and nondescript*

I had the slightest of problems with the judges allowing "Wayne Industries" as a correct alternative.

They have an OJ Simpson installment coming out soon that Dan Le Batard has seen and given a ringing endorsement. I'm kind of wondering when OJ fatigue will set in; surely by the end of the miniseries, no?

It's disturbing to me when anybody seeks to prevent free speech. We have the right to make unpopular and even idiotic assertions as Americans. Trying to prevent Trump from speaking and the recent ugly debacle at USC is a direct assault on all of our right to free speech.
And yes, plenty of the "peaceful" protesters

It was only a miniseries if it got low ratings. If it did well, it would magically transform into a full-on series. We don't need to worry about the latter, apparently.

#33 Robin Duke is one of the all-but-forgotten SNL cast members (she was on SCTV, too).
