How much does a person spend a week on comic books? I used to be an avid reader up till the late 90's and I had to stop because it got too expensive (and other responsibilities). Nowadays, I’ll just wait for really good story lines that’s in graphic novel form and pick it up then or in animation form from DC…

I feel like Snyder will replace McG as a “What ever happened to that director” that’s now doing Netflix movies.

I don’t think this is a troubling development as more like a natural progression as they have more services than in the past that they could bundle. I just bought an SE and I can get apple tv for free for 4 months right now. It would be no different if instead of apple tv but a bundle I get for free.

What is showing for $0.15 on that day? I don’t go to the movies just because it’s cheap that day, I go because I want to watch a particular movie. AMC could open it’s doors for free right now and it wouldn’t matter because nothing I care for is playing at the moment.  

What is Crunchyroll’s business model? Like, do they own or have long term distribution contracts with various anime studios? Why can’t HBO Max just start distributing those anime’s themselves after they get rid of CR?  

I envisioned during the start of the pandemic that theaters would adapt to the new world order and have karaoke style private booths/rooms and servers would come in and drop food off.  Looks like Alamo is kinda doing that.  

I had to google map where Marion County was and sure enough, it’s the parts of Florida I have no reason or want to visit. Not even on the interstate....

By going online, I don’t know if it made getting limited edition Funko Pop’s easier, harder or same. For San Diego Comic Con exclusives, I went to four different Target stores to find the exclusives (even though the website said they were available) but could not find them.

I camped out with my cousin on launch day because he wanted a PS2. But as for me, I didn’t get a PS2 until Kingdom Hearts came out (or a bit after) because I remember buying that game along with the console. Then I bought MGS 2.

Talking about movie theaters is like talking about typewriters. It’s inevitable. The real concern we should all be worried is Internet throttling due to vertical integration. Imagine AT&T throttling movies streamed from Paramount. Or Compcast owners getting better exeriences viewing NBC/Universal shows and movies. Or…
