I really hope this franchise doesn’t turn into a Rise of the Planet of the Apes type movie. I like Sci-Fi Dystopian movies but only if I know it’s a dystopian movie. Turning a fun franchise into that is not....fun.

I think the social idea is good idea if they implement it right. This would work well with Gamestops in the city. The retro arcades could get the older nostalgic crowd on their lunchbreak or after work. And for young people....not sure cause i’m not a kid anymore and it boggles my mind that kids watch YouTube videos…
