Issue one is only really in-line with the first two films; he’s died all sorts ways throughout the franchise. Which is sort of my point... for the game to have longevity there has to be multiple avenues for how to approach your play.

There was a Chuck who was killing everyone. It was down to me, him and Jason. As I am running from the Chuck I run right into Jason. The guy playing Jason asks “are you ready to die”?

I love how my husband describes his time playing Friday the 13th: The Game

Why don’t they just stop playing the game?

I remember when Bioware joined EA, everybody’s fear was that they would make them do multiplayer action games because RPGs were too niche for EA.

Anybody who has ever tried to play games like that knows that playing solo isn’t very fun and turns into even more of a grindfest.

Yeah, and I’m stoked for Dragon Age 4, whenever that happens. I’m just kinda let down. This feels like Bioware selling out and doing the multiplayer loot based co-op nonsense. I’m so over that kind of game. It was never for me. I’m a single player guy and Bioware was always my go to. Now it looks like they’re joining

I was really hoping it wouldn’t be another Destiny/Warframe wannabe. Screw multiplayer co-op stuff. I want single player RPG’s. I want some Bioware in my Bioware games!

Osaka castle is neat because of the armour inside. And some of these spots are cool (I haven’t seen them all), but I think the best thing about some of the bigger cities in Japan (Tokyo, Kyoto, Osaka) is that they’re kinda welcome you to walk and get lost. It’s a great place to just explore on foot, wander wherever.

I wasn’t completely sure I was interested enough in the behind-the-scenes side of video games to buy your book; I enjoy your writing but sometimes it’s a bit too in-the-weeds for me (I’m tangentially involved in the software business, so while I understand the corporate and political machinations, they don’t always

Because those games and consoles are out of print/production, that’s why. Sure, you can still find a PSOne but will you be able to find a copy of the game you are looking for? As time goes on physical copies of games are removed from circulation either by being destroyed, lost, or otherwise becoming unplayable. Having

people took the same attitude with films back in the day with film and it did not go great, some of the greatest films of the past are only available in degraded or incomplete states.

I can really relate to this article. As a kid we moved almost every year, even now as an adult I find the idea of settling down.... unsettling.

You spent money to piss people off.... good job, your whats wrong with society.

You’re deducted 200 EXP for each teammate you kill. You’re lying, or you’re not very smart and probably wondering why it’s taking so long to level up.

So you spent 40 bucks on a game just to piss people off...?jesus...

I mean, he literally can do those things in canon. They’ve talked about it, just never shown how it happens. That’s why he’s walking everywhere, but just happens to reach a place that people who were SPRINTING from him made it to seconds before.

so many trips to the email terminal only to be denied :(

Now if they can get him to shut up when I’m trying to listen to squad banter in the Nomad... I’ve probably missed at least a third of the banter I had triggered do to SAM.

it got to the point where I would ignore SAM and then go do something and see that I failed a quest step to go check my email.
