it’s relatively butch looking which should bode well with buyers in this segment. I call it a win— depending on how the interior packaging works out.

does anyone else see the bmw i3

Easy. e91 wagon. Cheap enough these days to buy— old enough for aftermarket parts. Find one without idrive and its close enough to an old school bimmer.

even if it were a customer dissatisfaction issue they still handled it like shit

Is there any way to interact with the cars verbally while they’re in autopilot mode? I feel as though incorporating a feature that’s autonomously driven but directed by a human would take a lot of liability off of Tesla’s shoulders (since it would be implied that it would function correctly only under the tutelage of

My comments are as grey as Sergio Marchionne’s sweaters

Wow. I can’t believe we’re going to see mass-produced fuel cell cars 10 minutes before previously expected.

why so grey!

Completely impractical. Built from toothpicks (with a Buick V8 to boot) but looks like it’s ready for anything. Still one of my all-time favorite designs.

Ehhhhh with VW under the gun the way they are these days, it almost seems logical that they emerge as a leader in the EV arena. So many resources, so much money... They could totally play the ‘establishment’ (i.e. shady but still running shit) to complement Tesla’s start-up role.

it’s disappointing to hear about this the night after i watched a oneownercarguy auction lot walkaround where multiple of these were sitting unused and abused. at the rate they’re cycled out of some fleets i just can’t wrap my head around why they aren’t required to disclose the fuel economy

Undisclosed mileage on a $9,300 project......... CP

I had a 1996 Cutlass Supreme in a similar color... Not sure what build quality was like on this beaut, but if my Cutcosts Supreme is any indication, this is a very pretty machine made from egg shells and tape

525... but w/ sport package so at least it has some cools bits

Rather than mope about there being a lack-of-proper-wagon option, I think it’s important to appreciate the fact that Audi is a. giving an alternative to an actual cuv (albeit a similar concept) and b. living up to the whole quattro bit by offering a jacked up ‘reach’ car for those outback drivers who are pissed that

nice taste

I'll have what you're having

If it can military officer it most certainly will baby
