Just remember that Age of Adeline is the film version of a short story that got novel treatment. It's slow.

As insane as that is, a prolonged trial would be fun as hell to gamble on.
Fun fact, they filmed this in my hometown in rural western Canada. I can't remember much else other than the fact that there was an autograph signing one day.
I was kind of shocked when Barry killed Atom Smasher and the other guy. If someone abducted me and sent me to a parallel universe and told me to kill the Flash otherwise I'd never go home again… I'm killing the Flash.
I don't know, I think Jay is really boring, I just can't get behind him on this one.
Vader wouldn't have turned to the dark side if ol' Obi Wan had been more of a Coach Taylor.
He did a pretty solid job with True Detective. The show as a whole is pretty good if you ignore the glacial pacing of the beginning, frantic pacing of the end and how there are four lead characters in a ten episode run.
The first few seasons are solid, but it gets a little weak around the middle-end because it needs to pander to the whims of non-cable audiences.
Realistically I think Meg would have a lengthy prison sentence ahead of her for faking a bomb scare.
You're missing out bud. This entire movie is guilt everyone drags around with them. Pretty enjoyable all told.
That reads like something from a George Higgins novel.
I'm positive that a bunch of my songs that skip now on iTunes is because of the endless updates they've churned out over the years.
I saw this a while back in Australia and I thought the reviewer was being overly generous. The plot was pretty meandering throughout the film and nothing in the movie screamed 'legend' to me.
The pacing of the climax is pretty weird too. You've got three scenes happening simultaneously with much different pacing, it's weird to watch as an adult.
The first one was accidental as I recall though.
It's sad… the book is great. And Ellroy wrote L.A. Confidential which is both an amazing book AND movie.
That honour goes to Galilee.
Go and read Galilee, it isn't so much a let down as a horrible joke Barker played on his readers.
I never knew it had a movie! The book is pretty amazing though.
Hopefully this is more in line with season 2 than 3.
