At what age do you think it would be ok?

until what age?

Honest question: at what age do you think someone can wait in a car?

Where do we draw the line? I mean, look at this story. To me, this is INSANE.

May I ask - was it definitely a miscarriage or could it have been a still birth? I mean, how far along was she? (Obviously I understand if you don't want to answer further questions).

I have not seen the picture, and I don't know the couple - but a lot of people do go to Facebook for support in difficult times… and if someone has already announced that they're pregnant, and they lose the baby, wouldn't it make sense to share that and share the sorrow (and gain support)?

Eh… even if the sexting info is the newest, it's not at all the most important. Because seeing the headline, I thought "oh that poor man who accidentally left his baby in the car is now getting dragged through the mud just because he was sexting while he had no idea his kid was dying!" So, without the whole murder

I don't understand how it's a cat. I thought I got it - eyes and collar tag? - but it just doesn't seem to really fit.

what's the deal w the headline? I didn't see the original, but this one really misses the boat.

agreed. There's something charming in this.

Worse than hovering: STANDING on the seat (or having your kid stand on the seat). Other day I saw shoe marks on the seat. Shoe marks.

Hmm. I can't tell if you're for real.

There are many aspects of one's life, and sometimes two people may be friends or Facebook friends because of a common bond in one aspect, while not being in lock-step with each other's views in another aspect. It's pretty limiting to decide to only be friends with people who see eye to eye with you on everything, no?

I do wonder if there was some tracing or at least copying involved.

I think part of the issue is that people are looking at this, seeing the misspelling, and assuming the kid is supposed to be really young, and then the drawing and/or handwriting looks too good. But I think this is just the work of an older kid, and that it's genuine. I don't think the lines are too smooth (look at

The handwriting doesn't look messy to me - at all!

Showed the pic to the male lawyer sitting next to me and asked if he would expect someone wearing this to be kicked out of a courtroom. He said he's seen women get away with wearing similar blouses but that it doesn't seem right since as a man not only is he required to wear long sleeves but a blazer on top of that.
