What is hidden beyond this mysterious "710" lid?

My car has all but 2 of these things. 2.5 if you want to count number seven, camshafts, as a half, considering I don't have plural camshafts. The only things I'm missing are OBD2 and factory infotainment.

I guess that's one way of getting suicide doors...
