The Rising Sun Flag is Japan’s swastika, because their not-technically-fascist nation committed genocide against the Korean people.

Drifters manga is awesome!

90% crap. when are they gonna stop fucking around and make a show where a middle school girl discovers she’s really a yokai and has to form an idol group with a bunch of pretty boys to stop card battles from destroying an alternative universe full of robots.

I used to love anime as a kid. FLCL, Cowboy Bebop, Ghost in the Shell— I even still have a soft spot for Dragon Ball. I still keep my eyes open for something that I might like but I gotta tell you: I watched the trailer for any of these that I thought might be even remotely interesting and damn they all look terible.

What the hell happened to Anime? Most of these look like fan-pandering pantyshot-montages with fully interchangable characters. Where are the Cowboy Bebops? Where are the Wolf’s Rains? The Evangelions? The Ghost in the Shells? The Kino’s Journeys?

Yes. I’m sorry, please report to Regina for your refresher American infiltration course.

WEATHRE*

Thats our FBI

Aw shit am I going to have the MiB (Moose in Black) show up to my door now to tell me that I was mistaken or something?

“BIG WEATHER WANTS YOU SCARED!”

Yeah, don’t listen to BIG WEATHER.

Oh fuck dont tell me I blew our cover again.

Whoa whoa whoa “Centre” youre telling me you big Canadians are the ones running it?

From what I’ve heard, he actually blows pretty well.

Those damn fat cat liberals at the “Hurricane Centre” are at it again!

I think he’s just upset that there’s a Matthew in Florida who blows worse than he does.

Yes because you are the only one who can judge what someone can get offended at. Thanks for informing us that you are a bigot.

And easy work policing people from another country’s feelings, apparently.

Unfortunately, no. The Swastika doesn’t exist in Buddhist culture. The Nazi took the Manji symbol and reversed it.

The imagery and all sun imagery have existed long before any actions of the Japanese military in the 19th and 20th centuries.
