Saint’s middle name is “Leo,” Usain’s own full name is “Usain St Leo Bolt,” and the first kid (born about a year ago) is named Olympia Lightning.  Maybe the parents didn’t want to use her middle name as first name for one of the twins, and also have a version of “Junior”?
