I’m not really agreeing with “cheaper than the last one”. This card (while faster than the more expensive Titan X) is a replacement for the GTX 980 which had an MSRP of $549 when released. So really, this all just seems par for the course as the GTX 1080 which is replacing it, is faster and slightly more expensive.
I’m one of those people that rolls their eyes every time I see a new CoD promo. “Here we go again, same shit, different year” is generally what goes through my mind. This year however I’m genuinely impressed and even somewhat hyped to see more.
