The latest Call of Duty is made with basically an evolution of the ID Tech 3 engine which was introduced around the same time as Gamebryo. Just because something is based on an old engine doesn’t mean it’s bad. As long as there is a solid backbone, things like features, libraries, effects and whatnot can be integrated…
