Nick Kroll drives me insane. I watched a comedians round table with him, Anthony Jeselnik, Kristen Schaal, Rob Delany, and Cecily Strong. He would literally interrupt people so he could do a bit and just reminded me of that annoying class clown who wanted attention.

If people aren't laughing, don't yell at them that they should be. Look at the joke and examine how to make it better.
