Or Bowie can be Hiddleston's mentor/boyfriend.
Or Bowie can be Hiddleston's mentor/boyfriend.
There have been some Doctor Who crossover comics, but no idea if they've ever worked with Marvel. But I could see it much more likely as a comic than a show. So there might be hope?
Keep Bowie, add Hiddleston (and Tilda Swinton and Gina Torres just because awesome). Maybe Bowie regenerates into Hiddleston a lá The Doctor after being fatally wounded. Tell me this could happen.
Nothing is too far for werewolves to fetch! /Drax voice
For bonus points: add velcro to attach and detach the shuttles.
Selina would've just stolen that book after a couple check-outs. Unless she draws the line at stealing from public libraries, which I could believe. :)
I'll let Ichabod sum up my view.
Yes, it wasn't as simple as depicted in the recap. It amplified the negativity and made it take over, but drew on something already present - though the coins could probably affect anybody, and it was more than just removing inhibitions. It was pretty extreme in that it completely overcame the rest of a person's being.
Ditto! It was the blatant contrast of how they were dressed, including one wearing a hat and one not that made it leap out to me.
I was already shouting about the Dresden Files since seeing the preview last week about a coin. And then the double-down that these are the "30 pieces of silver" of Judas. And THEN the diorama - and I cackled and exclaimed, "Like Harry Dresden's model of Chicago!"
The acting is pretty great. It's fast-paced and fun with some genuine creepiness and a sense that it's totally okay to laugh at the over-the-top creepiness or weirdness.
Yup. One of my meds just became classed as a controlled substance here and now pharmacies require "hardcopies" of a couple of my prescriptions. But luckily the one I use accepts faxes (direct from the doctor's office only) as qualifying hardcopy, so I don't need to be going to the office every time and taking up lots…
I was hoping she had tentacles under that gown instead of legs, but the latest trailer seems to show her in a shorter skirt with legs. I am disappoint, but fully expected her to have a "freak" trait of some kind anyway.
That's some BOB-styling at work, to be sure.
p.s. Remembering Stealthy the dwarf still cracks me up.
Wasn't sure where Runaways would be placed in that tangle, particularly as a tv show. And the complication of Fox television vs Fox the movie studio. So maybe not this project, but it's a good tv candidate generally.
I bailed on watching OUAT sometime in season 2, I think, but I keep checking in with recaps (especially yours, Meredith). And...I want to watch the evil Bo Peep parts of this episode. It sounds hilarious. And probably more enjoyable since I'm not invested in the overall story at all.
RUNAWAYS.
I imagine Helix is pretty much what happens in the scientist version. :P
Of course he can. He's Jason fucking Statham. That would get me to at least half-watch a Purge movie.
