On z nation this week, one of the characters comments that their new truck smells like fried shit, and the other character explains that “there’s way more grease traps than gas stations” in the zombie apocalypse.

While this may be the case, being a parent is important and as someone who is not a parent but wanted to be one, I’m more than willing to cover for someone picking up their kid, just as I am willing to cover for someone who is sick.

Yeah, us lucky parents who get to leave work so we can deal with the minor annoyances that come with the life of your child being in danger. Or, their health issues, or any of the numerous things that cause someone to leave work because of their kid. Jesus, you’re an idiot.

I’m sorry you’re not loved by anyone.

This is good advice, I should go buy something I’d prefer not to use.

Why would you spend that much time playing a boring game? Do you just hate yourself or something?

Yep. I work in healthcare, and a “chaperone” is required even for adult patients if their breasts or genitals will be exposed (e.g., during an EKG or catheter placement, respectively).

Person who does progression mythic raiding, checking in. Yes, you are certainly down playing it. When the article is like, “This is a pretty amazing feat” and your response is, “Eh, not really. It isn’t hard. I could do it.” that’s the literal definition of “down playing”. And yes, it’s quite a feat in general.

...cool, when will you be posting your solo vid?

Would they consider the payout to the kid and an indirect bribe to the coach/school (and with state schools, that would be bribing the government) which in turn results in continued use of Adidas or Nike gear? That is all I can think of.

I worked on a concussion prevention study about high school football and girls’ volleyball at the University of Washington. After a young man died there a law was passed to ensure that coaches received proper training about concussions and when a player needed to be removed from play and for how long. The guidelines

No hump day.

You know, I didn’t find that we took much damage during the baths encounter. The only time taking damage was an issue was in the mid-damage phase.

That encounter went really smoothly once we got the strat down. DPS on the crystals is key, as the time we finished we only had to drop the crystals twice. Of course, I

The city’s permanent residents should really adjust to the needs of the casual, pants-pissing visitor.

Having the sick impulse to call the cops, from the site of one of the worst flood disasters in American history, to report victims of that flood for looting a supermarket; but also: a crime

To be fair it’s pretty stupid of the press to keep asking these sorts of questions. They’re the New York Jets. Why would reporters assume they’re going to be obsessed with reliving a mildly interesting past?

Video game consumer culture has gotten so toxic people are upset at a gaming company for selling cosmetic items that consumers are more than happy buying with no impact on the actual game. When has the concept of “I am not interested in this product so I won’t buy it” turned in to “I am not interested in this product

I pretty positive I could, the difference now is that it would be followed by a dead arm and complete loss of self esteem (Jokes on you, I don’t have any left)

Why always this endgame-wailing? People with that mindset have ruined countless MMORPGS already, do you also need to ruin a nice shooter with a beautiful setting and lots of little details in the world to explore? Just going for a walk in Destiny is more entertaining and pretty than playing through a whole call of

For those who think it should be defunded, it’s simple. Watch children’s programming. Nobody gives a shit about educating young kids like pbs. There just isn’t any money in it. I’d rather have one less submarine, and keep pbs.
