Destiny 2 is going to by multiplatform through the lifespan of the current game, which is expected through 2024 and into 2025.

My guess is the Sony acquisition is about expanded universe IP. Other games, merchandise and the eventual rumored TV/streaming content.

Maybe they could employee some Hollywood accounting. Base his payout on Activision profits but OOPS, suddenly Activision is now operating at a loss. Sorry Bobby.

I’m sure the lower-level employees, the production people who actually handle the day-to-day production of the games and development, will be fine.

I think there’s a big difference here. There’s Sony having internal studios like Naughty Dog or Guerilla, specifcally designed to build games for the Playstation ... and oftentimes studios that only design and develop one, maybe two games. Or something like 343 on the Xbox side. But then Microsoft coming along and in

How long until we discover that the Wordle developers are mining all of our data and selling it, and they become the villain in the story?

I’ll admit I have no idea who she is, but I definitely did a triple-take, saying to myself, “Foreskin??”

While it’s not a “Little Big Planet” game, per se, Sackboy: A Big Adventure is totally an LBP game set in that universe with that art style, story tone and mechanics. It just lacks the player building component, but I can see why, as it’s been a headache for Sony.

No argument there. GRRM, ultimately, owes us nothing. But he’s definitely been promising, so that’s what makes the gut-punch sting a bit more to people ... me included. But I would never threaten harm on the guy. It’s like people who used to threaten the actress of Skylar White from Breaking Bad over the actions of

As of July of 2018, the ASOIAF series sold 45 million copies in the United States alone ... and over 90 million worldwide. So in the US, that’s roughly 9 million buyers per book if we’re going to pretend no one has bought the books since then.

While I agree with some of that sentiment, I think waiting over 10 years for a book he has spoken about actively working on in the past doesn’t jive with “impatient.” Especially when he’s made comments like this, back in May of 2019.

So was 2021 Carrie Ann Moss also CGI? Or is she naturally a bit uncanny-valley-ish? Her upper lip doesn’t move when she talks. Also, good move to give them all sunglasses in the car ride, it’s the eyes that always give away the CGI characters.

Oh it’s the guy who plays Variks. And also the guy who plays Wolfie on Vampirina. Weird starting to recognize VAs from your kids’ TV shows that they watch.

The best thing about the horse is that when you hear it whinny and neigh, you clearly know the people at Bungie got together and were like, “who can mimic the sounds of a horse.” They then picked the one that sounded the most ridiculous and ran it through ProTools. I love everything about it.

It’s theorized the horse has to do with the Horsehead Nebula, which is speculation for being where Xur and his people are from.

It’s an approachable dungeon to solo. The first boss isn’t bad once you get the hang of it. And there’s tons of places to break line-of-sight, so you can sit there and just regen abilities all you want. The second boss is a smaller arena, so your head needs to be on a swivel a bit more, as you’ll get stuff thrown at

I’m really enjoying the content, and the dungeon is a lot of fun. My one issue with the cost being as high as it is lies in that I gave up running three characters a long time ago. I still use my two alts for raids or GMs, but I barely pay attention to their gear. I haven’t even finished neither the Shadowkeep nor

Succession is probably better described as a satire, which is loosely under the overall comedy genre. But notice how it hasn’t fallen into the comedy category in the Golden Globe nominations.

Anything I sell, I do it in front of the local 7-11. I know they have a few cameras right out front, and I only do any online transactions in broad daylight where there’s a lot of foot traffic in and out.

I think because, at the time, it was a super low priority fix. A small handful of players knew about it. And Bungie was doing something about it. But because it wasn’t breaking the came at large, they weren’t finding anyone using it in-game, it was a “no harm, no foul” scenario.
