15 year old Jamie/21 year old Keeley tracks pretty well, haha.

Keeley is definitely older. In season 1 Keeley tells Rebecca “When I was 18 I dated a 23-year-old footballer. Now I’m... almost 30, and I’m still dating a 23-year-old footballer.”
Agreed. None of what happened off screen was all that interesting. The only disappointment I have was less Keeley/Rebecca awesomeness than previous seasons, because they make incredible friends.
Although Juno Temple is only two years older than Phil Dunster in real life (33 to 31), on the show I think his character Jamie is supposed to be younger than that
So... a rumor that I heard — which is probably worth what most rumors are, I suppose — is that Juno Temple did not have as much availability for filming as she did in previous seasons, because she was making something else. So if Keeley feels isolated from the main cast and trapped in her own little world of small…
Regulars like Higgins (Jeremy Swift) and Dr. Sharon (Sarah Niles) went to the back burner
Ted Lasso season three’s strangest crime is to confusingly leaving crucial updates off-screen...
I don’t know. I think Keeley’s storyline has been fine this season. She’s been at sea the whole time because Roy dumped her out of the blue and her company isn’t exactly what she pictured for herself. But there’s nothing wrong with that.
And Keely had an interesting storyline, imo.
It really does. It’s very narrative-heavy, philosophical, and complex. Obviously there aren’t cutscenes, the story is almost entirely told through terminals accessed in each level. One reason I’ve never been a huge fan of Halo is that it took the weirdness of Marathon and distilled bits and pieces of its aesthetic…
Seriously, by the end of the Marathon games in Marathon Infinity, they were asking the player to consider the idea of protagonists in fiction/myth, concepts written about by Joseph Campbell and how and why the same stories kept being told. Now it resurfaces as a corpse scavenging game.
OK a few things to point out. Doom was 2.5 d not true 3d IE you could not have something go under something else. Marathon was the first true 3d game albeit with a little 2.5d trickery. Doom finally got this trickery this year oddly.
Waaaait a minute, they’re rebooting Marathon, probably the third- or fourth-best story in all of video games...as a multiplayer shooter? That feels like when somebody decided Legacy of Kain should be a multiplayer thing and made Nosgoth. On one hand, the design work is amazing. On the other, don’t do this to Marathon,…
I had also forgotten that existed! How had I forgotten? So many hours... so many
God, Escape Velocity, that takes me back. So many hours playing and modding it, kinda miss that style of game (and no, stuff like Elite Dangerous just doesn’t scratch that itch for me).
It’s going to be hard not to sound like that guy, but classic Mac games like the Marathon and Escape Velocity series hold a special place in my heart, and not once during that 6 minute trailer did I see a single thing besides the logo and one shot of a S’pht in the fog that gave me the slightest Marathon vibes.
The…
As someone who was using Macs in the mid 90's (pre-iMac era), there were not a whole lot of compelling games available to play on my Performa 6214. Blizzard sold most of their games to be played on Windows or OS 7, there were the Ambrosia SW (R.I.P.) games, which were mostly re-skins of classic early arcade games, and…
Briefly. But since it was International week why would he be in the office all that much? The remaining team probably had a couple of conditioning sessions and pretty much took the week off. They all came in to watch the Mexico/Canada match because their teammates were in it.
Sometimes I read these reviews and think the reviewer must have been watching a different show.
To my fellow fans: Do you really want to spend your last few weeks of this show arguing with this fucknut?
