I have always looked back on 1994 as being one of those great years in movies that only comes along once in a while. It was my second to last year as a film critic for a weekly arts publication and I remember it as being one of those years where being able to get into any movie I wanted for free was a huge boon.

Yeah haven't seen it except late at night with my laptop open and doing a bunch of other stuff. It can't have been too good though because I don't can't remember anything about it and have no desire to watch it again.
I was thinking more like the whole British genre of kids with hoodies terrorizing people. There is a whole bunch of them and I can't remember the short hand name for them but like Tower Block and Eden Lake. REC was more like a Spanish Blair Witch to me.
