Prodigy is so much better than the poorly written nostalgia-fest that Picard was. I speak as someone who is a massive TNG fan and was mostly only lukewarm on Voyager.

IMO casting this as Paramount taking a dump on Mulgrew is a bit of hyperbole.

I have to admit, I wasn’t sure about the series at the start, but by the end I was sold on it. The kids were given opportunity to grow, we had some plot threads laid down for the next season. I want to see where the next steps in these characters journey goes. My kid (the target audience!) enjoyed watching it with me!…

I’m confused. You say this is the fifth Indy movie, but there are only 3 Indy movies.

I honestly don’t know how Kathleen Kennedy still has a job, given the very lackluster performance of her films. She’s got to have something on someone. The Rey films were not popular nor was the character very popular and yet she has decided to reboot with this character as it’s lead. That’s what you call doubling…

Oh, I certainly hope they set some of it on a desert planet! That would be AMAZING! 

I don’t even have much hope anymore.  If it’s good, that’s good, but I’m not anticipating anything anymore.  The only Disney product I liked was Mando, and that ended when they blew up the Razor Crest.

The sequels don’t exist to me.  Star Wars ended with Return of the Jedi

The only other kids shows I’ve seen recently are Clone Wars and Rebels, and I felt like Prodigy hit its stride much faster than either of the others.

I thought it was great. WAY better than discovery or Picard. 

It feels really weird to cut out a Trek show when Trek is getting a revival of sorts.
