I remember Michael Mann’s Collateral.

Good question. It’s probably because the lending institutions are very good and experienced at selling loans. Are they banks? Banks aren’t your friend.

Why is it Apple’s fault? It’s the bloody pervert’s fault.

Brendan Fraser has been on a few TV shows and his presence is always larger-than-life. He was in Professionals about European mercenaries in Africa, in Trust about the Getty kidnapping, in Condor about CIA spies, and of course Doom Patrol as Robotman.

Excellent idea!

Will Jeff Bezos appear in a cameo?

I find it jarringly odd in a good way that all the footage in the trailer is 4K crisp sharp, something I would not associate with Westerns.

He was in the Fantastic Beasts movie(s).

I’ve always wondered if someone asked Spielberg what would he change, if he could/would, of the original Jaws. I know I’m in the minority but the shark jumping onto the sinking Orca would benefit from a little digital tweaking just to make it more realistic. Before 1975, most people had very little knowledge and

National Geographic’s The Rescue was excellent. Thirteen Lives was good too, even if it just ended without letting the viewers know more about the awards and accolades the rescuers deservedly got.

I don’t watch Korean soap operas, but I’m guessing this is similar to those. I was only going to watch the first episode, but ending binge-watching the whole things. I can’t say I liked it, but it’s kinda watchable in a very harmless way.

In the first episode one of the nurses attending to the Queen during labor was definitely Asian-looking. If you bother/care to notice these things.

I’ve been to Japanese skewer restaurants that only serve chicken, all parts of the chicken. I’ve had them all, and other than cartilage, everything, all organs, are yummy.

Also still happening in 2022: child brides.

Milly Alcock is the only one in the poster. Yet her name doesn’t even make it to the top three. Unfair! She’s world famous now.

COVID?

I do miss the humor, but I don’t find the show boring. It’s only the second episode and we all know it’s gonna be about politics that lead to a civil war. Children brides? We still have ‘em in 2022 in big chunks of the USA.

When Oliver Stone was prepping “Salvador” back in the mid-80s, he was actually planning of shooting in El Salvador. His Salvadoran Army liaison was shot in the head in broad daylight in a sports club tennis court, and Stone had to shoot his movie in Mexico instead.

Then entire season of The Bear can’t hold a candle to a single episode of Yellowstone.

She was in Nope?
