False. There are many other ways to raise reasonable doubt without hinging on sexist tropes. It is, in fact, against ABA professional ethics to draw on race and sex indiscriminately.

Accusers' sexual history being admitted, especially in highly visible cases, goes a long way to determining reasonable doubt, and in many states, it's left to judges' discretion. I'm not sure how California works, but it's shitty, regardless.
"Hi, yes, my name is Darren Rovell, and I'm concerned that one of your writers, a Mr. J Swift, implores me to eat newborn infants. This is quite troubling, and I advise disciplinary measures posthaste."
OK is AP style.
NFL won't suspend players for drunk driving, spouse abuse, and a whole host of other illegal things but pot...POT. NFL is so fucking regressive.
I really don't understand this perspective! You do realize that when people hold sexist and racist opinions they are by definition sexist and racist! Right? Unless, your point is that people like Lasorda should not be vilified for being sexist and racist and to that I'd give a giant, hairy, dirty nails and all, …
Hard to believe that a homophobe of such epic proportions would also harbor other prejudices as to gender and race. http://thestacks.deadspin.com/the-brief-life…
So, (from available reports/information) the woman that taped Donald Sterling's conversation, possibly at his request, and then did not release them to TMZ is the "gold-digging whore."
I love the irony of using "isn't the most PC man" as a euphemism for "is an asshole".
On Stiviano's list of vile assholes she'd fuck for money, Lasorda ranked below getting hit by a car.
I watched the entire race live and it took until Sunday morning to see a horse's ass.
Considering the sports jersey is considered formal wear in Pittsburgh I'm not so sure this list is fair. You don't want to be caught dead wearing the same Crosby sweater at a wedding that you wore to Easter dinner a month prior.
Wait, you say it didn't happen in '81 with Reagan, but in '55 with the "bleeding heart" Ike Eisenhower? Ike and his hippie VP Richard Nixon? You'd make a much better argument if:
1. It was factual.
I don't think you understand mental illness.
that the truth will never be uncovered because of a baffling series of missteps and delays on the part of Tallahassee police.
You know you fucked up when you make American Airlines look like the good guys by comparison.
If Richard Sherman were't so fucking talented he would be booted from the league for being this intelligent and outspoken. Kudos to him for using his position in the NFL to speak truth to power at the possible expense of an early retirement.
Francona: Hey, Wood. You ever make a team while on the mound before?
What a relief after that asshole Dorn pranked Wood with the old red card in the locker trick.
