I think he's meant to, at least represent, being black.

Umm so do you like the show?

I just rewatched the last two episodes with my mom, and didn't realize the Luke (?) bathroom wanna make out guy was starring at Taylor when he sat down to class in the episode before.

I just rewatched the episode with my mom (!) and you're completely right

And lurid.

PBS is pretty much only watchable now for their Masterpiece stuff (mainly UK co-productions or pick ups and they're hit or miss) and their monthly arts related stuff which as often as not can mean a Josh Grobin concert rather than a performance by the NYCB (in fact more often than not). Independent Eye sometimes has

American Crime Story was announced last Summer I thought—after American Crime. I thought this was why Murphy and Co. decided to use the People V OJ or whatever title ABOVE the American Crime Story title (unlike American Horror Story which has the season title after). So if you look at it from a 2014 view when

I think those are all valid ways of viewing it except that they didn't black out the frame. Watch it again (others watching on other ABC affiliates have said it's not blacked out either)

I know there was for me—and I eventually dropped my bisexual label after HS and changed it for gay.

Agreed. I'm fine with describing him as questioning. I wouldn't call him bisexual at this point anymore than I'd call him gay.

I agree he did something shady. At this point I personally don't believe just because Kevin was sexually frustrated he would rape a guy (although if there was gang mentally behind it that could make sense.)

OK I agree there. Maybe he told her and she assumed it was just some annual basketball tradition and the coach and people would be there? (But, as you say, she would still probably call to check, unlike some parents, so I'm not sure what's up)

I must have missed her meaning. I assumed her point was the actual student body was largely pretty liberal and that is something they wouldn't have to worry about (playing into the fact that the younger generations *in general* are more accepting of homosexuality at least on some level—Hell, the basketball team

Right—sorry I should have read your post before replying—completely agree.

I wonder too. And in a weird way I really like her character—at least I can understand the character. I suspect that she does see the good of the school as worth the sacrifice though—as we've seen—whether she believes him or not and just turns her head off about the facts of the case (though she did seem to show

At the private school my twin attended the suspensions for students who conveniently had strong family ties with the school were often EXTREMELY light. It wasn't until a group of angry parents complained about one athlete who had been harassing (verbally, to the best of my knowledge, but for a very long time) a

Right. Frankly I hope that Anne plays up the angle that this school gave Taylor some sort of funding or scholarship so he could go to the school and then have tossed him under the bus. The liberal media would eat that up.

His mom walked out of the interrogation, too, when Eric called Taylor a little bitch or something—it was in the background but she seemed to sorta be handling it until she saw the *way* he was talking about the encounter. So I think that played a part, even if Eric's brother made it all about the fact that Eric was

I dunno. He did say "Did you attack that boy" but if he was really upset that his son might be gay *I* would expect something more like "Are you gay? Is that why you attacked that boy"?

Yeah, that's exactly my thought about the bathroom kid—though I seem to be in the minority on the subject here.
