Barcelona is experiencing the problem of trying to buy when everyone knows how big your wallet is. Liverpool/Dortmund are going to make them pay through the nose even if they eventually do get their man. The rumors that the selling teams are trying to line up their replacements before agreeing to sell makes sense.

I’m partial to watching General Arsenal, but nothing ever happens.

Giggs is a yes, but Keane’s from Ireland. I don’t think he qualifies.

It’s not my place to tell others what to do, but it’d be great if the players stepped up and all vowed to kneel unless he is signed. Baltimore’s owner ruined whatever plausible deniability the league had that it was solely about Kapernick’s play, as thin as it was. He admitted that it’s all about his political stance.

Oh shit. Count me in watching if this happens.

I haven’t seen a Dallas talent finish around the rim like that since Debbie.

One of the wonderful things about legalization is regulation and trusting of drugs so that I know, for example, that the truffles in my fridge have 5 mg of THC in them, and that it’ll take about an hour fifteen for that 5 mg to kick in, and no, I don’t need to take a second truffle unless I would like to start

There are MLB teams and European football teams from smaller/less

Man, it looks like somebody should have taken better care of those “Brown Sugar” residuals.

Those Faustian bargains Terry Collins used to remain a major league manager are coming home to roost. I say bring that Bonilla kid up, we’re not paying him $1.2 million per annum to do nothing.

I thought The Mighty Favog* got a job as an hotel security agent.

When did Robert Forster and Alfred Molina have a baby?

I didn’t realize Hornacek and Kelly Olynyk were so close.

Uh, HELLO! Don’t leave us out if that honor. Did the Bulls or Knicks trade 2 top 3 draft picks, and a probable third one, for a couple of stars who were clearly past their prime? They’d better step up their game if they want to beat us in this area.

Umm.. I think you mean “Michael Jordan was the main thing that really kept them at the top.”

What’s better than a triangle? Two triangles!

John McCain would like a word.
