I would like to know more about fintech — it's the coming thing, and I'm very curious as to how it'll work with existing securities laws. USA has a good regulatory system for it

tech and real estate are havens for dumb money (ooooh, land, they not making any more of it)

every time I see a tech acquisition, I'm like "yo the CEO should take his pets.com money and retire or at least invest in something reasonable" but they almost invariably see it as genius confirmation and not, you know, good luck.
