And 13000 is just getting to the point where oxygen is legally required. I'm thinking 12500ft is the cutoff for when pilots must have oxygen in an unpressurized plane. Hypoxia probably happens sooner/lower for seniors, and the altitude isn't always a set thing either, varies with atmospheric conditions etc.

In Illinois it just means that you paid around $100 for a sticker to put on your plate. They don't even have to see a car.

What in the world is this monitor looking thing on the rear firewall??? For one you can't look over your shoulder in a racecar, two, that's not matching up with what would be the current rear view. There's a wall there, and looks like viewing straight down the track on the monitor.

Just looked and I'm finding that 50 were built and only seven federalized to be road legal in the US (but not in California).

If its there, fine. But you aren't allowed to whine about how heavy the clutch is or anything like that when you also have the paddle shift option. Paddles are certainly a good addition to anything supercar in my opinion. Clutch and stick would be more fun to drive around with, but for any track use I'd prefer

Probably because when you have a 290mph 1400+hp car you aren't expected to be a sissy worrying about things like smooth shifting.
