@Schizzy: I would think so. Musicians usually don't set up their own stage lighting at concerts, I think it's kind of analogous. One person's (or in the case of a band, several people's) vision executed by many more people.

Having Windows 7 style jump-lists for websites is a really, really good idea.

@donrhummy: I don't think that would have made a difference. The police could still confiscate it, sit on them for a week, then return it saying "Oh! So sorry, we must have had the wrong IP address" with the activist's e-mails copied to police computers.
