I'll take it.
I'll take it.
I agree with this. I also think the fact that no one really held his feet to the fire and put him in a position where the apology was necessary is part of the problem. He harassed two of his female employees for months, settled a lawsuit over it with little fuss, and went on to be lauded with awards. There's not very…
Didn't Charlie Sheen get welcomed back onto Two and a Half Men without much fanfare either?
Minimizing months of sexual harassment not only from Affleck but from other men working on that movie who were encouraged by him is whack.
This is so egregious I don't even know where to start with it.
I'd be more into that concept if the fact that he beat his wife and later apologized for it was included in public perception of him. That's not really on John, but the fact that he beat Cynthia gets omitted real fast whenever people talk about him. Forgive him, sure, but don't erase that from his history.
Yes, that move came off as supremely hypocritical on top of being very short-sighted.
Yes, I think it's more noticeable because it's happened nearly every episode, where in the earlier seasons there was much less troubleshooting when it came to the main conflict. If they failed, it was once, maybe twice. Not once an episode.
Yeah, we the audience know Abby and Clarke wouldn't jump to using Emori against her will. But Emori doesn't know them well and she's been treated poorly by other people for her entire life. She's being pragmatic about her survival because trusting other people has never been an option.
I wasn't aware of that brand of shitty. The plagiarism incident is what I thought most of the hate stemmed from. Who was he shitting on?
He's probably just being pragmatic about the whole thing. He knows they're down a barrel of fuel so that's knocked off their best option for salvation, so this is the approach they're left with.
I think from Emori's perspective it makes sense. Abby, Clarke, Jackson and Raven all have strong ties to each other. She knows they're tolerating Murphy and welcoming him back into the fold, but he likely doesn't have the clout to protect her if worse come to worse, on top of the idea that if it comes down to a…
Easy money on Obama + the cast of SNL.
The amount of people I've seen commenting on reviews/twitter about how they aren't watching but are still putting in time to harangue writers/actors/other fans is really disheartening. This season is really coming together nicely but the amount of negativity that's persisted and continually directed at is undeserved.
To be fair, there are plenty of shitty people who are making it big in Hollywood. Shia is hardly shittier than the rest of them.
I completely agree with this statement. Full disclosure, I liked last season, but I think the trajectory it followed pushed the envelope and lots of people weren't into it and can't let it go.
That actress was/is filming concurrently on Underground, so I assume that's why Indra hasn't been featuring as much this season.
I would be hella up for that.
Yes, this makes sense with my limited memory. Lost Galaxy was I think the last thing I caught but I don't have much recollection of Timeforce. That was the season with the dinosaurs, right?
I am going to see this literally in hopes of her, Bryan Cranston and Bill Hader going full ham.
