Beat by 7 is now whip the shit out of?

And like with any lawyer....zero questions were actually answered

You’re not funny at all.

tl;dr - Lawyer makes snarky comments and doesn’t answer a damned thing.

I like the premise of this blog, but this installment seems a little light on interesting detail. All of the comments could have used a little more expansion. With the exception of the one by an actual attorney. That guy should be able to find the statutory time limits for a harassment claim in his state super easily.

nah it’s not all that dramatic. just your column sucks.

Please stop. You aren’t funny.

So the guy selling jerseys doesn’t get an answer and instead gets stupid commentary.

For a lawyer, you’re not very good at reading. The question about the “disclaimer” on the back of a truck didn’t say that all truckers were assholes, or even that the driver of the truck was an asshole. It asked if such a bullshit disclaimer meant that the owner of the truck-hauling company was an asshole. Hence the

This ask a lawyer guy is a douche and didn’t even answer the last 3 or 4 questions. F’s, I could answer better than this douche could.

Lawyer jokes aside, is it possible to do this column with an attorney who comes off as less of an asshole?

Whatever dude. All of your responses are “it depends.”

The only interesting, curious question here was the one about liability signs on the back of trucks (and by extension, signs posted anywhere else in public disclaiming liability).

what was this pile of gibberish intended to mean?

Didn’t realize that my current shit worth is zero or in the negative, and that canned haggis, global thermonuclear war, and daylight saving time are all better ideas than “Ask a Lawyer.” Thanks for this moment of self-realization. Going up to the cabin for few weeks to fix this for you.

All I get from these answers are that lawyers really are all assholes

Seriously, you don’t need to be a lawyer to “answer” questions like this. Author picks one of two options: 1. Snide asshole non-answer 2. “check your state laws and talk to an actual lawyer.” This feature seems like trolling the audience, to be honest.

Me: I have a legal question.

How many drinks did you have before writing this column?

Just this season? Considering that they have wasted this season pointlessly paying Gore, Johnson etc and henceforth they are actually going to have to pay for Andrew Luck instead of getting him for basically free, I feel like they are probably doomed for the rest of Luck’s tenure in Indy, unless the organization is
