That's the thing, it just launched, they should have something in place now. Not down the road, they need something to entice people away from the PS4 for the holiday season.

You bring up a good point about HDDs. The PS4 as of now doesn't and has no plans of supporting external drives.

Most users aren't tech savy enough to grasp what 300K servers can provide. Sure the number can be grasped but all of that compute and capabilities isn't. Youre average user doesn't look at their experience and say, "Wow Im glad I have that 300k server infrastructure to support my online gaming experience."

I didn't know that, if it is true like you said than that's a really smart move to build upon the foundation. Yet, Sony is winning the PR side of marketing their console because of the leasing. Users don't know about and it isn't being reported so everyone assumes its just free to own. MS needs to better communicate…

While Sony does have momentum, I think its nearly as much as youre describing.

Shingo, I get the leasing idea but Microsoft has to add to the premium that users pay for Live, even if that means to lease games to users. Sure there is some future technology coming with the 300k servers being used for Live but for most users that doesn't matter.

Ive had very few Kinect voice command issues (not hearing me). I think the biggest thing is learning what to say. Xbox should really make the voice tutorial mandatory because when you understand how to use voice commands...wow. I love how I can turn the volume up/down or mute it altogether using the Kinect.
