It is the same shit as last gen, except Sony have deeper pockets this time around. If someone goes “here is a big sack of cash, more than what the other guy will offer, to give me some extras” why would they turn it down? It is business and they must make money.

Despite your assertion that the playerbase doesn’t give a shit, apparently a lot of folks don’t enjoy being subjected to manipulation no matter how inconsequential it is.

CDPR saved video games

Given their track record I’m willing to believe them. CDPR are one of the good ones. If we get another Witcher 3 style game I’m all in.

What part of the word “temporary” are you having trouble understanding? This isn’t over at all.

As long as there’s a carrot. Right now there’s just a stick with a rope.

Let’s not forget that this is a sequel with 99% all of the same repetitive enemies and mechanics from the last game.

There are hidden lore items to scan all over the place. You got a tutorial pop up in your first hour or two of play talking about this when you HAD to scan one for an objective. They’re not doing native 4K anyway, MS have been telling devs to use the same techniques as PS4 to achieve upscale 4K

I haven’t had any of these, fortunately, but I was wondering about the dock scratching the screen. I think about it every time I slide it down in there to charge.

Why bring up the price of tires (under 1400 for rears) on a vehicle that costs north of 250k? Do you really think thats a concern? Hell, I drive a car that is a 5th of the price and tires are just regular maintenance at under 1k for the rears. Gotta pay to play.

I’m going to guess typo/editing mistake... for many reasons.

The more true to life experience:

Having talked to something like 100 current/former GS employees over the past two days, I don’t think this is a vocal minority. I think it’s a sampling of a systemic problem affecting stores across North America.
