Same. They do have a bit of white noise and these things pick up EVERYTHING (literally my friends would hear my sister talking 40 feet away (fairly big house) perfectly), but overall they have kick-ass bass and make Battlefield 3 sound scary realistic.

Blame the patent system. Apple is just smart enough to realize how sh*tty it is and make piles of cash off of it. Sort of like finding a glitch in the game that gives you some extra money. It's not the players fault. It's the developers fault for not fixing it.
