Idk, I wansn’t a fan of it at first, but I seriously wouldn’t trade my red interior for any other color - it’s so 90s, so perfect. Makes it stand out so much. I love it, Red interior with T-tops, I mean it doesn’t get much better. Car manufacturers today feel risque if they put a yellow / red seat belt, I say bring

As someone who has been trying to sell my 260z for a few months, this is primarily for “needs nothing, original ones” I need around $7k in rust repair on mine and probably $2-3ish on other odds and ends on everything else and the best offer I’ve gotten was $4k, a decent way off from my asking price and off from my

They also only tested 232 cars, with many Americans not owning wagons how many wagons do you think were actually tested?

Is the auto-crash going to be the housing crash 2.0?

Too bad the new ones look they way they do...

ugh this looks so good!!! I hope they build it and its fun, has good range, and a nice price point. It will without a doubt be my next daily if it can check those boxes

What is this fixed number? Are dealerships exempt?

I agree there is some weight behind this. Just did an autox with my car this weekend and got very high in the rev range, much higher than it normally sees during daily duty and it just felt so much more lively and responsive on the way home

I always wait for the whine of the fuel pump to turn off before I start my cars, and in my vw, I almost always wait for the revs to drop (15 sec or so) before I put the car in gear and take off

I want one of these so bad, this will be one of the cars on my short-list for the 25 year rule

Now playing

Very few cars sound better to me than a rebello stroker

Fingers Crossed this is good..

I’m baffled Toyota doesn’t try and bring a small run of these here. I mean their trucks sell like hotcakes here why do they think these would be any different? They see how the wrangler sells. Americans love SUVs, Base to Luxury. I’d personally be very interested in a base SWB diesel MT Land Cruiser, ugh that sounds

The PO of my 260z had some one before he sold me the car. He didn’t include them with the sale (I was kind bumbed about it), said they came from his fiancée’s dad’s bel air or something

What? Lamborghini headlights and STI brakes? What else was used from the z32? I never knew this, 17 year old brake calipers, hey I guess “if it ain’t broke, don’t fix it”

How did that wrangler sneak in to the lowest cost category?

I agree with this article so much. I saw a gen 1 R8 in my parking garage leaving yesterday and I just stared the whole time. It looks so good amazing lines one it. Then whenever I see a new one, I barely even look or care. Too angular auto only, just boring...

Only thing I hate is that screen. Why can’t automakers do a better job of integrating the screen into the dash? Is there a reason everyone has it popup like the old aftermarket radios of the ‘00s? Can’t wait to see the price tag. If its around $17k-18K, this would be a real hoot to drive at that price

Sucks its offroad only... This would be perfect for around town errands then to take it offroad all while being brand new, but the offroad only will kill this, you can just get a used YJ or TJ to do the same things. It will only be able to used to replace side-by-sides that are used on a farm or something similar.

And

I think it’d be cool to just retrofit all of these with battery, hybrid, or natural gas power trains and keep em running
