You can always try moving your setup to chromeOS/Google Drive. A chrome app that automatically works from Google Drive will give you instant syncing, and you will still have offline mode and regular security updates. Plus, you can configure 2-Factor Authentication to really help keep your writing safe.

I was on an elevated highway once, 3 lanes per side of the road. I was in the center lane, and this guy in an older BMW is slaloming through traffic like we're all standing still. As he gets up along the right side of me, I hear a crash. I then see a wheel from his car travel directly across the front of my car,

What about Amazon Prime?

I have to agree. Many of the drones you can build or buy today are hardly audible at 50 feet in altitude

It's worth noting that the wi-fi setup tip will NOT keep your password hidden from the user of the laptop you're installing it on. The user can go right in to the installed profile and view the password. Alternatively, there is a text file with the setupSNK.exe file that has the network and password in plain text.

These things are terrible once they get any air under them. We had a Slash class at my local off road track, these things would hit a jump, and those giant body shells acted as kites and the trucks would get be thrown by the cushion of air they created underneath them. Especially when you jumped into a headwind.

cryptolocker has got to be the absolute worst scam out there. most 'ransomwares' just trick you into thinking your pc is being held at ransom. this one actually does it.

I missed the suggestion article but I can't believe the Audi from I,Robot didn't make it on the list...

at least with these you can get a Diablosport or similar and permanently turn it off if it annoys you.

You're forgetting the big picture. In addition to locking and unlocking the car, it allows you to track the location of the car. Hack into the service app, see that your victim is at, say, a sports venue, and you know that you can burglarize their house with at least 2 hours of free time.

yeah. I know all too well. I have had far too many Castle controllers replaced due to them randomly catching on fire... The worst was the Mamba monster. Fire is hot, so it would activate the cooling fan, which would feed the fire and shoot flames right out the top of the controller... I'm still missing some hair on

Literally just helped my cousin built his new SCX10 yesterday. No waterproof electronics for him though...

That's a good question. Nintendo has been fairly open-minded towards DS Homebrewers. The only things Nintendo tend to get upset about are hardware modifications to their products, and selling your homebrew software. And piracy, of course.

Until it becomes a pool of blood... Then you won't be able to see anything

Mario Kart DS by a long shot. Better game mechanics than Double Dash, and far more controllable than the Wii versions. On bus trips, my friends and I would all play. We would have 2 games of 8 human players each via the DS built in Wi-Fi. The multiplayer aspect makes this game take the cake

Hah, I did this to one of my high school teacher's Prius. I purposely left the hatch and windshield free, to encourage him to try and drive it

I use a projector and have all my a/v equipment in a rack behind where I sit. IR remotes don't really work for me. Does anybody know if this is an IR remote or a bluetooth or other RF signal remote like the ones for the PS3?

You sure do speak the truth here!

Good to know! I didn't even know when this was filmed!

Was it even Jemba? Also, Driver's line: "look at that view on the left!"
