That's a good question. Nintendo has been fairly open-minded towards DS Homebrewers. The only things Nintendo tend to get upset about are hardware modifications to their products, and selling your homebrew software. And piracy, of course.

Mario Kart DS by a long shot. Better game mechanics than Double Dash, and far more controllable than the Wii versions. On bus trips, my friends and I would all play. We would have 2 games of 8 human players each via the DS built in Wi-Fi. The multiplayer aspect makes this game take the cake
Hah, I did this to one of my high school teacher's Prius. I purposely left the hatch and windshield free, to encourage him to try and drive it
I use a projector and have all my a/v equipment in a rack behind where I sit. IR remotes don't really work for me. Does anybody know if this is an IR remote or a bluetooth or other RF signal remote like the ones for the PS3?
You sure do speak the truth here!
Good to know! I didn't even know when this was filmed!
Was it even Jemba? Also, Driver's line: "look at that view on the left!"
Last Tuesday I was parked on 95 in the Philadelphia Area for about 4 hours. Fortunately, I have Sprint(unlimited data), a phone charger, and a bluetooth equipped stereo, so I shut the car off, put the phone on my instrument cluster, and watched the better part of Series 12 Top Gear UK.
...and I have no clue why Kinja flipped this image...
My friend had a first gen 2001 Kia Sportage. That thing is amazing, and I highly doubt the new ones can be as good. This thing was light, fun to drive, had 5 speed manual with 4WD high and low, and full skid plating underneath. We sank it, got it airborne multiple times, put an outward facing dent in the roof from one…
Of all the pointless LED running lights that all the cars have these days, these are the only ones that I think are actually pretty cool. I wouldn't mind seeing these ride up in my rearview mirror.
Don't know why your whole reply is in Title Text, but it reminds me of this:
Get the snow tires for sure. For comparison, my friend's 92 Acura Integra (FWD) with Blizzaks rode like it was on rails yesterday(when the roads had an inch of packed snow turning to ice). In contrast, I could barely keep up with him in my Subaru with all-seasons, and I was sliding everywhere in the process.
My 99 CR-V had this. It was actually really good. Full time FWD and part time AWD. If it was icy or very wet out, I could punch the gas from a stop light, the front wheels let out the smallest chirp, and you could feel the back wheels engage and start chugging you along. Same thing when off-roading with it. I'd move…
everything is nice except the price...
I wasn't saying the goal was to make it as small as possible, I was only comparing the fact that size does not always equate to safety. If Mini could design a cooper that had a similar type safety cell as the smart has and have a passenger zone that won't crumple around the passengers, they could easily have a safer,…
Mini would just need to work on strengthening their passenger space. If Smart can make a car that's 6 inches narrower and 40 inches shorter than the 2013 Cooper S, and still pass safety regulations in the US, there's no reason Mini can't produce something smaller than what they have now(even if they can't go back to…
Man...
I really hope they go in the opposite direction they've been going in terms of size. Especially since they are paying homage to Alec Issigonis by releasing it on his birthday.
This right here. Say you have a budget of 7000. Any WRX is right out. The baseline 2.5TS is usually cheaper.
