It's completely different. Apple sells their products by citing no features, while this is just citing things that shouldn't be features as features.

Thankfully they did. I can't stand my cylindrical style charge cable. the original magsafe was a breeze to plug in. I have to struggle to get it plugged in properly(sometimes it clips in sideways a little, and looks like it is in, but it isnt.) Also, there are times when I have next to no space behind the display, and…
I gave google voice. Sprint lets you use Gvoice without porting your number or using a new number. The only downside is from the looks people give me when I get text message at work and 6 devices in my cubicle ring at the same time
Some people I know had gone out and bought the 32GB and 64GB iPad 1st generations, just so that when the second gen came out, they could sell off their more expensive first gen for close to even for the smallest model second gen.
@Jim Christensen
I work in IT, and almost every single piece of cisco equipment, even brand new equipment, uses the RS-232 serial port. And on many of them, the initial setup must be done with the Command Line Interface through a hyperterminal or PuTTY session via serial. And don't even get me started on the Prolific RS-232 to USB…
I had the palm pre, which had this inductive charging built in. I felt the same way about it, until I used it. I soon had a dock at my office, my bedside, and in my car too.(they had magnets to hold the phone oriented and in place)
hah! I was wondering how many comments I'd read through before someone ID'ed the car with only a 2 second clip of the top of the door panel!
Yes. And to do so, my 2x radeon 5870's are water-cooled. Sure, it isn't 100% silent, but its pretty close.
One thing that I tend to do, especially with electronics that I want to sell on craigslist/ebay etc. is that when I take a picture of the object to be sold, I place an index card in the picture with my email address or username. This adds a bit of credibility, showing that you at least have the object you are selling.
I can personally attest to all of these. And of course, there's the games that are AMD EyeFinity/nVidia Surround enabled. Nothing like playing games on the 5760x1080 resolution! Here is my initial test playing Dirt 3! For Multi-monitor gaming though, I would suggest odd numbered screens, so you don't have a bezel…
no problem! be sure to take some pics and post up them up on [overclock.net] too!
The benefit of the space option being that it will probably land on Gizmodo anyways. Win-Win!
I have to agree with you there... I just happened to have an old apple keyboard(~2 years old) that someone gave me second hand. Last week, I somehow broke the scissor under the tab key, and the key popped off. I just walked into a store with it and 2 minutes later, they had it fixed for no charge. My girlfriend had an…
if only there was COTD on Giz, this would win it
Mine used to be aerosol powered, but I converted it to compressed air. It is U shaped as well, with a 4' 5 inch diameter compression chamber, a 2.5" ball valve, and a 6 foot, 2.5" barrel. Tennis balls need a ramrod to be pushed down, lacrosse balls fit so tightly that it takes them about 30 seconds to roll down the…
It sure will cost a pretty penny to rear end one of those...
It's Clear's 4G. Which is WiMAX. Not LTE. They call it 4G, just as sprint, even though it is nowhere near as fast as LTE 4G
"After iCloud, my other favorite feature is AirPlay Mirroring, which lets you beam anything that can play on your Mac screen to any Apple TV or AirPlay-enabled AV receiver or projector. That includes Adobe Flash and Microsoft Silverlight content, DVD discs, and any other video playback app. So you could see any movie…
Sounds like an amazing phone, spec-wise. Makes me almost sad that I upgraded to the EVO 3D this past summer. I say almost, because now I can at least tell myself that I cannot get it because I am on sprint...
