I have one. And I’m familiar with the fine German offerings my parents have driven for years. Let’s put it this way: that ML-based platform really shines when it comes to handling, especially with the air suspension providing auto leveling.

We have a EcoDiesel 4x4 Limited and love it. It sounds like a little semi and accelerates really well without ever seeming low on power. The interior is much nicer than our previous Jeeps too. Overall it’s great. Definitely something to consider if you have your eye on a VW, BMW or Mercedes diesel SUV.
My favorite SUV. The Limited EcoDiesel is definitely the sweet spot in the range.
My fucking eyes hurt. Toyota designers on LSD ... no surprise there.
SWEET GOOGLY MOOGLY that is ugly.
Wow...a new level of ugly has just been reached.
Yup, still not going to buy one. Ever.
Drugs are one hell of a thing.
Side profile looks decent, but the front end.....WTF Toyota
Soooo now it has shitty looks to match it’s shitty driving experience?
Holy shit, the new Prius!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I honestly believe Lexus realized their buyers are all getting older and they have to work harder to younger people.
Great, an ugly car with a boring review. DOA.
No, you’re not wrong. If a cat throws up on the carpet and you leave it, you will eventually acclimate to it, but you weren’t wrong.
The original RX was driven by soccer moms and recent divorcees. It was a supremely reliable CUV because it shared all the important mechanical bits with a Camry. The interior was well designed and full of excellent materials and the styling was “good enough.” I have no clue why Lexus is getting away from that.
Gosh, I just disagree with you almost completely on this.
