I’m a veteran and while I agree with your basic premise I’m willing to bet that none of the 40,000 some odd homeless vets served in the military for 20+ years and therefore aren’t eligible to receive anything in retirement compensation. Some of them may very well be disabled as determined by the VA screening process…
