That can’t be a serious question.

Dear New Supra,
Good point about the clearcoat - decent clearcoat should stop UV degradation of most pigments. More explanation of the paint would be cool, particularly if there are any other technical benefits.
It seems like the powder itself is extraordinarily expensive, and yeah, it looks like Lexus are going to keep fairly tight control on the supply. I just hadn’t thought about the process for actually making the paint before, and I’d be interested to know whether the inherent properties of the paint mean that it won’t…
When your LC500 gets hit by a Honda Odyssey and then gets totalled by insurance because of paint alone
One of my responsibilities at work is to manage employee machines, so if one breaks, im the one who gets it sent in or serviced.
What about wool? Yes, there’s 2 types of wood, piano black and leather accents - BUT wool still steals the show
Sales numbers say differently. Current gen RX350 sales are up over the last generation, despite the spindle grille.
Maan, the LFA did exactly what it was supposed to do: me and you commenting on it and Jalopnik posting about it years after it went out of production. It was not aimed at anyone actually thinking about buying a Lexus but to improve the brand image with people like, well, Jalops.
You don’t make 500 cars, losing money…
Few people cared ? The car was a fucking hit everyone loved it and still does. It’s even considered one of the best supercars of all time.
Right, but that’s because people didn’t know what the LFA was or what to expect from it. It turned out to be better than anything anyone expected. This second one would sell a lot better just based on that. I hope they make another one.
Probably just trying to reunite with his human:
I know exactly what you’re talking about. I drove a crappy 1985 Benz in high school with 350k miles and would occasionally go to the dealership for oddball parts, and you’d have thought I was the Sultan of Brunei with the way they treated me.
I’ve switched over to vivaldi for when I’m at work. Much more snappy!
This. Firefox’s last update pre-57 actually killed all performance gains FF used to have on my laptop. Where formerly I could have 100+ tabs open to no ill effect (2~ GB in RAM, I’m a bit of a reader), one day it updates and suddenly it’s dying after only 15 tabs (at 5~ GB.)
Heck, I used Opera BEFORE they changed the…
Vivaldi is almost as bad as Chrome in terms of memory usage (it is based on Chromium, after all), but it more than makes up for that in pretty much every other way imaginable.
I wished I could use Vivaldi, since it has some pretty cool features, but there’s two things I can’t go without anymore that Vivaldi still can’t offer: an android app I can sync to, and night mode (for the pages, not a dark theme).
It is amazing how much better they are. Not just in the snow, but on ice too. The amount of traction good winter tires can find when there’s just none to be had is unbelievable if you’ve never experienced it.
Thanks, great guide. Winter tires are an absolute must. People who have never had them insist they arent necessary. DO NOT BELIEVE THESE PEOPLE. I’m partial to sottozeroes. I would argue tires are more important than whether your car is AWD or not. Posted this in the “cars in snow” thread but even with pure RWD and…
