What I’ve generally found is that it depends on the airline. On some* airlines, the difference between Basic Economy and Economy really isn’t much. Usually just means you can’t pick a seat in advance, you’re ineligible for upgrades, and your itinerary can’t be modified, even for a fee as well as some luggage…

Running Windows in a VM is nice and all but you gotta remember that in that situation you’re sharing resources with MacOS which depending on the specs of your machine might lead to less than optimal performance. Sometimes you need the full horsepower of your machine, in which case you want to run on bare metal instead…

It needs a video input, so you’d have to watch Netflix from your PS4. Built in apps from your TV quite simply won’t work, which is unfortunate, but makes sense due to the implementation.

ACC is just normal CC with some smarts. And with most cars with ACC I’ve driven if the weather gets bad enough, it’ll just turn off the smarts and leave you with regular CC.

I actually beg to differ.. I find that even though you can play to Sonos directly from Spotify, eventually Spotify forgets that you were playing to Sonos. The Sonos won’t stop playing the music, but the Spotify app won’t allow you to control it. Thus at the end of the day, it ends up being easier to just use the Sonos…

Wow. That’s very arduous indeed. GE could learn a thing or two from Lifx. Their bulbs are relatively easy to reset if needed.

Just take the car to the local Audi, Mercedes, Lexus, or BMW dealership if you don’t trust your Ford, Chevy, etc dealer. They’ll usually work on other brands as well but you get a much better service experience. Just get ready to pay a bit/a lot more than normal.
