@KLondike5: Ooh - I like that. I think I will from now on ask my children if they need to be more upside down.

I want one. (the bodyguard) So useful!

@hellionraiser: seriously. I was thinking the exact same thing nursing in a restaurant recently. I was showing less boob than half the women there.

@Hortense de Beauharnais: Her daughter Zahara is stunning, and dresses beautifully. In any shot she is in with her mother, Z steals the picture, but they are still photographed together... or does she not count? Because she's adopted? Or because she's black?

@sarahfgirl: There is other evidence to suggest that male fetuses are more sensitive to environmental toxins. Maybe thy are just more sensitive overall.

Recently when bored on a Sunday afternoon I toured the three open houses with a block of my house. One had a large, black and white (with colored eyes) boudoir photo hanging in the Master bedroom. I found it very off putting. I can't even put my finger on why exactly.

It must be hard to live in a world where women only exist as sex objects and then they have the gall to age, have opinions and not hide themselves away. Poor poor Mike.

I do not understand this desire to micro-fucking-manage our children's lifes. They are their own people, not extensions of you. It is your job to prepare them for the world on their own. Meaning WITHOUT YOU.

My (4.5 year old) son recently cut his own hair. On my watch. I let him, he liked how it looked. It is actually his body, so I think he can choose.

It actually sounds like Dina is getting treated like normal people. You know - non transferable cards being non-transferable. So so mean.

Aren't clits like penises, and their size and shape totally changes during puberty? So these girls might not even have large clitorises as adults...

@dennisbrain: I think that sounds like a foolproof way to hack it. As long as you stay in the freezer the whole time you have the booze in your system and don't die from hypothermia.

@Tina Vazquez: I have no clue. Maybe? ( I got all my info from a very cursory google).

@emilypdx: It measures alcohol content in perspiration. So I think yes, it could tell any amount really.

@sequined: That is very true. One really needs to draw out two normal distributions to see how little a difference in deviation or mean really means to anything, and how it cannot be used to evaluate an individual at all.

@lizilizi1: It is indeed bad science. But even that bad science hasn't shown a measurable difference in population means, like these people keep claiming it has.

I think that there may be some basis to the idea that the population distribution for what we call intelligence may be different in men and women. From what I have understood though there is no evidence to support a difference in the population means - or what is called "average" intelligence. Males may however have

@femme-bot: I do - if I am eating out it is an indulgence. And if I am eating in and eating dessert it's an indulgence too.

You know what - fuck it. It is dessert, it is supposed to be fatty and sugary and a "once in a very rare time" treat. Should you be eating them every day - no. Should you be eating desert if you are trying to lose weight, no. But otherwise - indulgence isn't indulgence if there's nothing bad about it.
