Doesn’t matter. From the royal prospective there’s safety in numbers, because if a major calamity were the befall the royal family it’s highly unlikely that the UK would choose a distant cousin to ascend the throne over just doing away with the monarchy entirely. So I don’t think the royal spare (Harry) is free of

A lot of this stuff isn’t even the Murdoch papers but those trashy “women’s mags”, the same ones that bemoan our celeb/diet obsessed culture under a leading three page spread talking about the latest divorce and how unhappy the woman looks or mocking another for being more than a size 16.

If anyone cares, I happen to know a little bit about the context of that cartoon.

I’m not too fond of the “William and Harry hate each other now because of their wives” narrative.

Most of their ex-African colonies are still members of the Commonwealth of Nations, the international organization that the Queen heads. Most of Harry’s work on the continent has been connected with one Commonwealth initiative or another, so that would obviously be the justification for him spending more time there.

Rift rumoured to be not between wives but brothers; Harry not a fan of ongoing infidelity, apparently.

Enlisted personnel who served under Harry in combat zones have literally written books about what a great CO he was, doing things like stopping the bullying of homosexual soldiers. Harry’s not stupid or evil and i’d Argued he’s matured more than any other Royal brat.

Who cares where he lives?

I’m the youngest of multiple children. My whole life, my family has made it clear that I had zero say in things because of birth order. Even as an adult, the holiday activities are set around the eldest children’s schedules. Something about them being more mature? Anyway, I barely talk to them now because I’m tired of

Meanwhile, William — who has warmed up to taking over as king — has been told by his private secretary, Simon Case, that a period of separation between the two brothers would help them to define themselves better and also improve relations between them, said the report.

“There have been various ideas floated for them to take on a job abroad, such as governor-general of Australia or Canada, wherever,”

clever story to leak before their first kid is born, as i get HRH Prince Harry is behind this leak saying that i getting pick on as my wife about to give birth.

Didn’t miss it. It’s irrelevant.

Supplying the DNA affords him rights and privileges that non-DNA suppliers but good parental caregivers do not have in many states.

This is a pile of bullshit. A mother doesn’t get to unilaterally decide a father isn’t worth it after she carries to term. A woman doesn’t get to decide someone isn’t good enough and run them off. That’s insane. Absolutely completely insane. In order to stick around a be a parent, a man has to get the courts

So, to be clear, she was required to submit her children to the test by a court order - that’s why she had to. You can argue whether the court was just in making that order until you’re blue in the face, and it won’t change the fact that, once ordered, you must comply, or be in contempt. And while she alleges that she

For the father to remain with the kids (not the mother) he needs to first know they are his kids. If he isn’t told and he learns of it later, he can pursue a paternity test. I don’t know how this whole thing came to be and the article doesn’t specify, I am just saying that this is the general concept of a court

The mother doesn’t get to make that choice. Otherwise I could walk in a hospital, pick up a kid, call it mine and leave. Since we assign children biologically to mothers we should treat fathers the same.

It’s an equaliser. Women know who their kids are, men don’t. That’s why you can be ordered into a paternity test. The thing that confuses me is that the article seems to imply that she wasn’t told that she had to get the test until she was held in contempt.

Yeah, I mean like it or not, if a court orders something you have two options: comply, or be held in contempt.  It sounds like her attorney alleges that she was not informed of the order though, as they say she “didn’t even really know [it] was happening.”
